Dynasty of the Nile

Build an ancient Egyptian city in your browser. Connect roads, welcome settlers, grow food beside the Nile and supply homes through granaries and markets. This original strategy game includes a seasonal flood, clay and pottery production, five housing tiers and local saved games.

How to build your settlement

1. Begin the First Inundation scenario and place housing beside the Kingdom Road. Families walk into the city before joining its population.
2. Drag to lay roads or a block of housing. Build a work camp, farms, a granary and a market to feed residents.
3. Connect water, temple and fire services, then a clay pit, pottery workshop and storage yard. Inspect homes to see what they need to evolve.
4. Reach 800 residents and 100 Tier 3+ homes. Save locally and continue building after the objective.

Controls and saved games

Drag with Inspect or hold Shift to pan. Scroll or use the camera buttons to zoom. Space pauses, Escape cancels construction, and Undo restores the last building stroke. File contains three manual slots and an autosave. Playing does not require an account; optional account saving can synchronize progress.

The current scenario covers settlement, farming, services and pottery. Trade, monuments, military campaigns and later scenarios are future work.
